Not necessarily. However, there is the healthiest Sunchips ... Wheat (sorry but) --- gluten, low fat.

Soda has sugar and soda has no sugar, artificial sweetener ... and both have HFCS ... Frutos high glucose syrup. Bad bad bad.
But was the worst of soda for me, that the murder of calcium carbonated water, which was to me a contradiction, since I was 10 euro per month for calcium, then drink soda was undo my efforts, expenses, so I had a left hand and with no sense of calcium, so that the drink was gone.

Unfortunately for us all, the potato chips are rich in fat and no nutritional value love. Less fat means less fat than others, but that does not mean low fat and nutritious.
The healthy, not fattening chips, have become very rich, and my friend for life!

Hawaiian potato chips are probably a better option than the chips most Americans. They are low sodium and fat
