The letter of intent, the nails fall (anatomy, above) is like "eagle's beak is curved," and went upward curve (anatomy: superior). Sore nails seemed to be "clubbing" as well. I could not answer or DX bent nail, mechanisms, pathophysiology, etc. Each CNS cancer occult? Please help. Thank you very much.

Hard to tell from a distance. If you have autoimmune a sign? ESR? HIV testing? There have been cases in the past seen clubbing with HIV infection with other Sx been minimal.
Note that if two related (weight loss and night clubs), and I think until the contrary is proved, then the patient may withdraw some $ x, when the disease is insidious.

Club and the finger can be a congenital heart defect usually cyanosis, and loss of weight in prison, could be that the patient is HIV positive, and who knows? Pulmonary hypertension, perhaps ....
It could be anemia or lung disease (emphysema, pulmonary fibrosis ...)
Good luck
id guess are also clubs and weight loss are not listed the cause, but I think there are forms of anemia due to iron deficiency leads (to deformities of the nail, as in Plummer vinnson) also explain the weight loss, but no clubbing. Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis can cause anemia and nightclubs, provided HES anemic but if lab work does not show again, I think there relationship.
